Our cars also run winter tyres through the winter, which matters here: they are legally required on designated mountain roads from 1 December to 1 March.

Delivery anywhere in Tbilisi is free. We deliver across the rest of Georgia too — Kutaisi, Batumi, or a guesthouse up in the mountains — and collect the car from wherever you finish; just ask for the cost when you enquire. There is no office to visit and no counter to queue at, and we normally reply within a few hours.

Yes, but arrange it with us in advance so we can prepare the paperwork. One important point: our casco insurance is valid inside Georgia only. The moment you cross the border it stops applying, so you must buy local third-party insurance at the crossing — it is sold right there and costs very little. Please tell us before you book if a cross-border trip is part of your plan.

You call us, at any hour, and you reach the same person you booked with — not a call centre. We stay on the phone and get you to the nearest repair station as fast as possible. We know the workshops and deal with them ourselves, so you are not left explaining a gearbox problem in a language you don't speak.

A valid driving licence and your passport or ID. If your licence is not in the Latin alphabet, bring an International Driving Permit too — it is not always asked for, but it saves any argument. The main driver must be at least 21 with two years' experience. Payment is made in advance, before we hand the car over, in euros, Georgian lari or US dollars, cash or card. You do not need a credit card in your name, because we hold nothing on it.

Yes. If you cancel at least 7 days before your pickup date, it costs you nothing. Closer to the date it is different: because the rental is paid in advance and we reserve and hold the car for you, a cancellation made less than 7 days before pickup means 50% of the rental price is still due. If your plans are uncertain, please tell us as early as you can.

Genuine 4x4s, all five-seaters, all petrol and all automatic — so you don't need to be confident with a manual gearbox on a mountain pass. The cars shown on the site are our most-requested models; we have more available, so if you need something specific, or an extra vehicle for a bigger group, just ask and we'll tell you what we can do. Every car is maintained by us and checked between rentals. We also lend camping equipment and child seats at no charge, so you can sleep in the car on a longer trip. We don't have roof boxes.
